Returns & Cancellations policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please check it as soon as
possible after receipt and please do not open accessories before checking the main
item(s) for size. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase
then we will gladly refund or exchange it subject to this returns policy.
Returns Policy Detail
In Accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within
10 days of receipt for a refund of that item, exchange it for a different item to
the same value, or to exchange it for a different size or colour (where that option
exists).
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods
will be inspected on return and must be returned in a saleable condition. This means
be odour free, intact, complete, and in original packaging with any tags intact
on the items.
Items in sealed packaging can only be returned if the pack has not been opened.
(Costumes, dresses and shoes do not come in sealed packaging. Some items come in
re-sealable packaging.)
Items of an intimate nature (e.g. Knickers, Tights, Stockings, Wigs or Body Stockings,
Babydolls, Bikinis-Beachwear, Bridal Range, Cami & Teddy Sets, Corsets & Garter
Sets, Lingerie Collection, Plus Size Lingerie and PVC & Patent Fetish) can not be
returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened or they have been
tried on.

The cost of postage for the return is your responsibility. We advise sending them
through a postal service that insures the goods while in transit. The amount refunded
is less the delivery and packaging cost of the order total, therefore, it is the
cost of the items only.
Before making a return please contact us at Info@NaughtyFancyDress.com to arrange
a return. Please include a print out of your original email receipt with the return.
The item must be returned to us and received within 10 days of our email authorising
a return.
On receipt of the package, we will determine whether the item is acceptable for
return in accordance with our policy.
If the item is not acceptable then we will return it to you with an explanation
of the reasons for its return back to you.
If you have found an item to be found to be defective in any way then our liability
is limited to the price paid for the item but only once it has been returned to
us in the condition in which you received it.
We also accept cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations which can
be read about below.
Cancelling Your Order Under Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 10 working days (from the day
after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return
the entire order at your cost if you have already received it.
