Yes we do, and it can be found here.
Is the item in stock?
Unless an item is specifically described as "Out of Stock" then the item is held
directly in stock by us and in most cases is delivered within 3-4 days.
How can I pay?
You can securely checkout and pay using any major credit or debit card. We use the
trusted service from Sage Pay to take you payments; this combined with our high
grade 128bit encrypted EV certificate means you are safe with us.
Why is payment made to DazzleCat Ltd and not Naughty Fancy Dress?
Naughty Fancy Dress is a trading name of DazzleCat Ltd.
DazzleCat Ltd is the parent company (company number 06635663), owner and operator
of Naughty Fancy Dress. With their long established links within the Fancy Dress
Industry, we are enabled to sell to you at the best possible prices.
Is the website secure?
Yes, we have an extended GeoTrust EV certificate means we have proven and passed
the additional security checks needed to receive this. In addition the website is
secured using 128bit encryption.
Can I order part of a costume?
Unfortunately no, we cannot split packaged costumes and provide you with only parts
of them.
Can I hire a costume?
All of our costumes are for sale only. We do not hire out costumes.
When can I expect delivery?
This shall usually take a day or two depending on the Royal Mail service at the
time. At peak times such as Christmas please order early to avoid disappointment.
What is the cost of delivery?
At checkout you shall be presented with the delivery options available which are
the most upto date and accurate at the time you are ordering. Where a Royal Mail
strike is on-going or at peak times like Christmas we do make our best effort to
use courier services.
Next day delivery is for delivery on the next working day. Therefore, if ordering
on Friday you can expect delivery for Monday. To clarify, choosing the next day
delivery option on a order placed on Friday does not mean Saturday Delivery guaranteed.
Can I collect my order?
Regrettably, no.

Above all, please remember that we are here to help you. If you are not sure or
if you need help with measurements or you would like us to measure an item for you
then please ask.
We try to give as much size information with the item descriptions as is provided
by the manufacturers.
Different manufacturers have different size charts so please look carefully at the
size chart provided with the item before deciding which size to order. If you are
in between sizes then we recommend choosing the larger size.
Some items are "One Size" and in these cases the item would fit the vast majority
of customers sized between 6-12..
Are all numbered sizes quoted on this website UK numbered sizes?
Please note that sizes vary even between high street stores and "vanity" sizing
is becoming more prevalent. International named sizes vary from country to country
so please check the dimensions we provide in the item descriptions and please do
not be put off or offended if the size you need is named larger or smaller than
you are used too.
Loss, delay, and damaged goods
Please note it is our responsibility to process claims for compensation on your
behalf. The amount of compensation available to you is detailed below. Please note
that we can't be held personally responsible for any loss or delay whilst your goods
are in transit, we will however raise the matter with our carriers and endeavor
to resolve the situation for you.
Orders over £25 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (First/Second depending
on the option chosen by the customer). This allows for compensation of £39 to be
obtained. A signature is required on delivery. You are unable to claim for loss
until after 15 working days from the date of postage. Orders under £15 are sent
via normal first class mail. A certificate of postage is always obtained. These
items would be uninsured and we would require your assistance to claim back any
monies. If you have a large order greater than the standard compensation of the
£39 we would suggest choosing the Next Day delivery method; which is usally Royal
Mail next day guaranteed.
